The Alpine Park HOA provides snow removal along designated regional and multi-use pathways throughout the community, as well as select HOA-owned pathway connections and community amenities. This includes designated City pathways identified as part of the HOA Snow Removal Program and the Skyline Pond viewing platform.
The HOA does not provide snow removal on public roads, on-street parking areas, rear lanes/alleyways, or sidewalks adjacent to private property unless otherwise identified on the map. Homeowners (or the condominium corporation, if applicable) remain responsible for snow clearing on their own property and adjacent sidewalks, where required.
