Landscape Maintenance Program

The Alpine Park HOA maintains a variety of HOA-owned open spaces and landscape enhancement areas throughout the community.

This includes Green Court open spaces, community gardens, the Alpine Park entry feature, and designated City boulevards identified as part of the HOA Landscape Maintenance Program. The HOA’s maintenance program includes services such as grass cutting, weed management, litter collection, irrigation monitoring, and general landscape upkeep within these designated areas.

Not all landscaped areas within Alpine Park are maintained by the HOA. Many parks, boulevards, and other public spaces are maintained by The City of Calgary or other parties.

Please refer to the map below for current HOA-maintained landscape areas.

Please note that the boulevard maintenance program may be amended from time to time as the community develops and new areas are completed.
