HOA Overview

The Alpine Park Homeowners’ Association (HOA) was established to own, operate, maintain, and steward community assets that contribute to the character, identity, and long-term enjoyment of Alpine Park. As the community grows, the HOA helps ensure that shared spaces and enhancements continue to be maintained to a high standard for the benefit of all residents.

The Association is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of HOA-owned and HOA-managed assets throughout the community. These include Green Court open spaces, community gardens, landscaped entry features, select boulevard landscaping, and enhanced maintenance of designated pathways and other shared areas. The HOA also oversees programs and services that support the ongoing care and preservation of these assets.

Membership in the HOA is automatic for property owners within Alpine Park. Annual HOA fees support the operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and long-term planning of Association assets and services. Through these contributions, Members help preserve the quality, appearance, and value of the community for current and future residents.

The HOA is governed by a Board of Directors and operates in accordance with its Bylaws and applicable legislation. During the development of Alpine Park, the Developer continues to play an active role in the governance and administration of the Association. As the community matures, responsibility for the Association will transition in accordance with the HOA’s governing documents.

This website serves as the primary source of information about the Association, including governance, maintenance programs, HOA-owned lands, community gardens, documents, forms, and homeowner resources.
