Community Gardens
The Alpine Park HOA Community Garden Program provides residents with an opportunity to connect with their neighbours, spend time outdoors, and enjoy gardening within the community’s unique Green Court open spaces.
Located throughout the Green Courts, the community gardens offer a variety of raised garden plots for residents of all experience levels to enjoy gardening close to home. Whether you’re growing vegetables, herbs, flowers, or simply looking for a new hobby, the community gardens are a great way to become involved in the community.
Garden plots are available to eligible residents and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Garden Locations
The Alpine Park HOA currently maintains four community garden locations:
Hearth Green
Located within Hearth Green, this garden features compost and waste bins, hose bibs, a prep table, and a storage box. It offers a unique growing environment with morning and evening sun exposure.
Picnic Green
Located adjacent to Picnic Grove Park, this garden offers excellent sun exposure and a highly social setting near one of Alpine Park’s most active public spaces. Compost and waste bins and hose bibs are available.
Orchard Green
Centrally located within Orchard Green, this garden is surrounded by open space and includes compost and waste bins and hose bibs.
Sanctuary Green
Located adjacent to Sanctuary Green, this garden includes compost and waste bins, hose bibs, and an HOA-maintained edible berry bed available for resident picking.

Request a Garden Plot
Garden plots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

- Property Address
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Preferred Garden Location
- Preferred Plot Number(s)
If you would like more than one plot, please indicate this in your request. Additional plots may be assigned subject to availability.
Before You Register
Before requesting a garden plot, please review the Community Garden Use Policy and Community Garden Rules, available on the Documents & Forms page.
Residents are responsible for maintaining their assigned plots throughout the gardening season, including watering, weeding, harvesting, and seasonal cleanup.
Please note that HOA fees (or condominium fees, where applicable) must be in good standing to be eligible for a garden plot.
