Maintenance Responsibilities & Service Requests
Responsibility for parks, open spaces, pathways, and landscape features in Alpine Park varies depending on ownership and maintenance agreements. Please refer to the table below to determine who to contact regarding a specific issue or location.
Important Note
Some parks have multiple ownership or maintenance responsibilities depending on the specific area within the space. For example, the HOA owns and stores the fountain at Skyline Pond and provides winter snow clearing for the lookout area, while the City of Calgary owns and maintains the pond and surrounding landscaping. As a result, where you direct a request may depend on the specific issue and location.
Emergencies
For after-hours emergencies involving HOA-maintained assets (such as flooding from a broken irrigation line within an HOA-maintained open space), please contact Equium’s emergency dispatch line at: (403) 265-4431.
