Pre-Authorized Debit (Preferred)
Complete and submit a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form along with a void cheque

Online Payment (Condo Cafe)
Payments can be made by credit card through the Condo Cafe portal and are subject to a 2.5% service fee.
To set up your account, please email contact@equium.ca and our management team will provide a personalized instruction document specific to your property.

Please note that E-transfers are not accepted.
Condominium Owners
For some condominium developments within Alpine Park, HOA fees are collected by the condominium corporation as part of regular condominium fees.
Please contact your condominium board or property manager to confirm whether HOA fees are being collected on your behalf.
If HOA fees are not collected through your condominium corporation, please contact Equium Group to arrange payment through one of the methods noted above.
